Here we have "that tune" that plays at the end credits of Kill Bill 1.

While it's got the samuari-style musical tone to it, it's actually a song composed by a Romanian called Gheorghe Zamfir.  (Romanian Ninja? The guy has sold roughly 40 million records worldwide and has bagged a fuck load of awards for his flute playing.  He's also known as "Zamfir, Master of the Pan Flute"
